How to Order

Currently we only take orders through this website via email. The reason being is that it provides a written trail from start to finish, thus, minimizing errors.

What to Include in Your Order

When placing your order, be as descriptive as possible! If you only have a general idea, and prefer to be surprised, we can do that too!

First and foremost, we need a date. If you don’t have an exact date in mind, a general idea will help to find out if we have an opening during that timeframe.

Second, a location. Some establishments do not allow food to be brought in, and that includes cake. Please provide a phone number and/or email address so we can contact the site. Also, as we deliver and setup all our cakes, we have a limited service area. Most of the Portland Metro area, as well as all of Clark County, are included with the price of the cake. We can try to make arrangements if the cake is to be delivered outside our normal delivery area for an additional fee. Also make sure there is parking available close to an entrance, or at least temporary parking, so we can setup the cake.

Third, give as much information as you can about what you want in the cake. Include size, tiers, colors, decorations, etc. If you are uncertain as to how large of a cake you require, we can assist you in making those decisions, and also work with you in determining anything else you may need.

The more time you allow before your cake is needed, the better the chances of us being able to make the best cake you’ve ever ordered!

Placing an Order

It is recommended that you provide at least 2 weeks notice prior to needing the cake, however, we take orders up to 1 year in advance, so to ensure your date is available, you will want to place it as soon as possible. The minimum time needed is 1 week for most cakes, but sometimes exceptions can be made so long as it is no more than 3 days from the date, and it can never hurt to try, as cancellations do happen.

Cancelling an Order

Also, if you need to cancel a previous order, small cakes (2 tiers or less) must be done 1 week prior. Large cakes must be cancelled 2 weeks before the order is due. Cancellation of wedding cakes requires 2 weeks, regardless of size.
