Christmas Present Cake
This cake was ordered as a Christmas present, so it was fitting that it looked like one too! The white chocolate cake with peppermint filling was covered in a mild peppermint icing with fondant and candy clay decorations. This cake was VERY dense and more akin to a bar cookie than a cake in texture.
