Cruise Ship, Christmas & Gambling, Oh My!
This cake was for a nurse retiring from the hospital. I was told she likes to take cruises, gambling, and has an entire room devoted to Christmas in her house ALL YEAR ROUND... and to incorporate all those things onto a fresh banana full sheet cake.

I made six snowmen to go around the cake, but this one was my favorite.
Other Side of Cruise Ship
This was another cake where I didn't know if there was going to be 360 degree viewing, so just in case, I added something to the other side of the cruise ship not on the main viewing side... lifeboats! The cruise ship was made out of crisped rice treats, frosted and covered in fondant. This was the first time I frosted my sculpted crisped rice treat creations, and I found that it made for a much smoother fondant application, so I will definitely be employing this technique again in the future.
