- Vanillalicious - a very vanilla cake that takes this unassuming flavor and kicks it up. Made with a generous amount of pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, butter and buttermilk for a twist on a French vanilla cake.

- Fresh Strawberry - pureed strawberries with a dash of sugar make this cake a crowd favorite, even if it is almost always ordered as cupcakes!
- Toasted Coconut - a generous portion of toasted coconut goes into this cake, which is also made with butter and coconut milk for a moist and delicious dessert.
- Pumpkin - real pumpkin puree makes this low-fat, high fiber cake a hit with people watching their wastelines. But don't let that fool you, this cake is absolutely 100% delicious!
- White - a plain cake that contains no egg yolks, and is commonly used for traditional wedding cakes.
- Carrot - real carrots, and lots of them, make this cake a standout for sheet cakes, where it is less likely to crumble apart due to its delicate nature, and the typical square portions. Can be made into other shapes, but I suggest larger than usual portions (especially on round cakes) to prevent it from becoming a pile of cake instead of a slice!

- Death By Chocolate - 4 layers of chocolate fudge cake filled and frosted with whipped chocolate ganache and topped with a thick dark chocolate ganache glaze. Also a VERY popular choice for cupcakes, where it is merely frosted with whipped chocolate ganache and topped with the dark chocolate ganache glaze.
- Death By Caramel - 4 layers of muy delicioso dulce de leche cake filled and frosted with caramel frosting and topped with a caramel glaze. For some, this is almost too much caramel, which is why many prefer its tamer sibling, the Death By Caramel Cupcake, which has caramel frosting and topped with caramel glaze.
- Fresh Banana with White Chocolate Ganache - This cake differs from nearly every other cake we do in that it only has 2 layers of cake, and is filled with vanilla cream pudding and slices of fresh bananas, then the whole thing is covered in delicious White Chocolate Ganache. It also differs in that it is our most expensive cake, usually running an extra $10 per 20 servings.
